I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I went in and specifically asked for two feed-in braids, which is a very simple and common style. Unfortunately, the braids were placed awkwardly toward the middle of my head and didn’t look anything like what I asked for.
What makes it worse is that these photos were taken only about an hour after the appointment. My hair was completely covered in gel, there was already visible product buildup/flaking, and the braids looked messy and poorly done. It honestly looked like a style that had been in for days, not freshly done.
I even asked the stylist if she could fix the placement of the braids, but she didn’t want to fix them and told me she was booked for the next two days, so she couldn’t get me back in to redo something as simple as two braids.
When you pay to get your hair done professionally, you expect neat parts, clean braids, and at least a willingness to correct it if the style isn’t right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
I’m sharing this so other clients know what to expect before booking.
